Please read all policies before placing an order.

The shipping time for each item varies depending on availability.

In stock items, giftware, flutes and frames can be exchanged for another item.

These items will ship out the next day.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

FAVORS for weddings and christenings, outfits, stefana and lambades are all special order items and cannot be returned or exchanged. These are not in stock and 

get prepared just for you. Favors can be decorated any way you want. For specific 

decoration you can call for info. No pictures can be sent unless order is placed.

Each item varies for time of shipment depending on item. Most favors if decorated require 2-3 weeks shipping time. We can discuss 

specific details with each order.

CHRISTENING OUTFITS- are all from Europe. All fabrics are high end European fabrics, silks, cottons, piquet and organza. Outfits are custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allow 4 weeks shipping time.

Rush order NOT available for christening outfits.

We can help with outfit sizing and measurements but we are not responsible 

if measurements are given incorrectly to us.

WITNESS PINS- if personalized will ship in 2 weeks.

If no names are needed will ship in 1 week. We are not responsible if names are

given incorrectly.

CANDLES/LAMBADES- Many color variations are available, again this can be

discussed for specific decoration. 

SHIPPING CHARGES- Each order is different because of quantity.

The same with the lambades, we cannot give a shipping total unless your order is packed and ready to ship.

There are many items in our store that are difficult to ship.
